How to Play

Each player starts with 15 tiles. The goal is simple: be the first to meld all your tiles and discard your last one.

1 Draw

Start your turn by drawing a tile from:

  • The stock pile (face-down)
  • The discard pile (top tile)
  • Middle pick (must use in a new meld)
  • Indicator tile (only if it lets you win)

2 Meld

Play valid melds from your hand:

  • Open: First melds must total 30+ points
  • Extend: Add tiles to any meld on table
  • Swap Jokers: Replace with the real tile

3 Discard

End your turn by discarding one tile:

  • You must always discard to end your turn
  • Cannot discard tiles that extend table melds
  • Empty hand + discard = Victory!

Valid Melds

Combine tiles to form runs (sequences) or sets (groups). Jokers can substitute for any tile.

Scoring System

Points Race mode: accumulate points across rounds. First to 1000 wins!

Opening Requirement

Your first meld(s) must total at least 30 points. You can stage multiple melds to reach the threshold.

Joker Rules

Maximum 1 joker per meld. If you have the tile a joker represents, you can swap them - but must use the joker in a new meld that turn.

Discard Restriction

After opening, you cannot discard a tile that can extend any meld on the table. You must play it first.

Winning Condition

You must discard your last tile to win. You cannot win by melding all your tiles - always keep one to discard.

Indicator Tile

The face-up indicator tile can only be drawn if you've opened AND it allows you to finish the game immediately.

Middle Pick

Drawing from the middle of the stock gives you a "key tile" that must be used to create a new meld - you cannot just extend existing melds with it.

The classic mode. Accumulate points over multiple rounds. First player to reach 1000 points wins the match.

Fixed Rounds

Play a set number of rounds (4, 8, or 12). Highest score at the end wins. Perfect for predictable session lengths.

Going for Pairs

High-risk strategy: Open with 4+ pairs and only play pairs. Win for double bonus (+200), but opponents get double penalty if you win!
